Beauty Weaver

The Sacred Name Beauty Weaver was gifted to me during a week-long Vision Quest in 1996. It was passed directly from Spirit through Josie RavenWing, facilitator of VQ and author of A Return of Spirit, on Navajo (Dine’) land in Canyon de Chelly, AZ.

Initially, I felt disappointment! It seemed an obvious reflection of the work I was doing (I was an Interior Designer at the time) – and not about me. While others on the quest received what I hoped for - names such Crow Woman or Warrior Spirit! I did find the two words bound together to be beautiful. I kept the name as sacred and held close to my heart for years before sharing it. By then, I had a different perspective.

I had no idea that I would soon transition to working with a different form of energy. As one laughingly said “you went from working with the OUTER energy to the INNER – she actually said, from “outer design” to “inner design”. I moved from the OUTER material expression of harmonizing space and matter through Fung Shui and Design - to The INNER wisdom, the Finer Subtle Energy of the Eternal Soul + the “unseen” energy of the universe.

I have learned that Spirit often speaks in metaphor. Everything is organic and flowing. Meaning can shift as we shift, each true of the moment.

I now understand the privilege of the Spirit-given name, Beauty Weaver. I have witnessed beauty far beyond anything experienced or imagined at the time of receiving the sacred name.

I have become a weaver of golden threads of unfoldment, wisdom, healing, guidance, illumination from heaven and earth; offering direct connection to the sacred in oneself and in all that is. This is expressed through personal sessions, ceremony, classes, events, channeled meditations and messages. Nothing gives me greater joy than witnessing another’s unfolding
presence and illumination.

Weaving together sacred teachings of Shamanism, Ancient Wisdom traditions, Mystery School traditions, working with the Great Mystery, Mother Mary as teacher + guide, and many other precious compassionate guides + teachers – as luminous threads of light for healing and illumination. In service to all who are open.

Barbara Story – The Call Of The Soul

The Catalyst and the Call:

The dark time. I have walked through fire. Like many in the western world, my deep dive and search of something greater began with the Long Dark Night of the Soul.

My heart was ripped open and everything changed with the mysterious, questionable, untimely death of my “bestest” forever friend. From the moment of the 5AM phone call, I knew in my gut something was off. So did everyone else. The seasoned west Los Angeles county Detective shared that he had never received so many phone calls prior to a funeral. He also shared that
he knew something was off before the file hit his desk. Then, there were more stories…

This was not a one-time momentary shock to absorb, but rather, the experiences over two-years of what to body and soul felt like electric currents as the horror unfolded. I often felt like Persephone, in my case, frequently feeling the need to climb out of the dark.

There are some experiences, trauma, grief and loss being among them, that few can
understand how deep it reaches without a similar experience. This was one.

I did not, could not speak of it for years outside the immediate circle of her family, friends, and a few close to me. It was too ugly, too dark, heavy. I never wanted to contaminate a room with it.

The heartbreak, grief and loss I felt included for her family, her children, and her larger community as well as myself. The effect was loss of innocence. Until that time, I believed that all people were inheritably good.

I was gripped by desire to know the truth, the truth of her passing, I wanted to communicate directly with my friend, to know where she was, to understand death and what lies beyond. I  knew there was more and I wanted to know it, explore it. I followed many paths to find the answers sought.

After seven years of exploring spiritual paths, I was introduced to the Shamanic path. Questions of the journey of the soul were answered. And, SO MUCH MORE!
Through the darkness, came Light – far richer, deeper, Compassionate and Loving than previously experienced or imagined; as heart, mind, Soul aligned with Benevolent Universal Energy, Allies, Wisdom and Source. Through this gently unfolding organic evolutionary path, One experiences the Divine, Oneness with all of life.

With that came Healing, Compassion, Connection, Grace, Love, Wisdom. Abilities within were opened & continue to be developed – intuition, seer, Spirit-channel, guide, mystic, healer, teacher.

Through the years, I have developed ongoing, deep relationships with “unseen” allies who assist humankind in development and remembrance of their divine nature.
One ally, Mother Mary first appeared in the late 1990’s in “ordinary reality” with a messages, and request to help usher the Sacred Divine Feminine back into the World. This was profoundly impactful and there was nothing else to do but honor her request. In 2023, Mother Mary offered more to be shared with women – of luminous teachings; and an energetic transmission to Heal the Feminine Matrix (individual and collective) to will ease the path and create new ground for the New Era. Sacred teachings formally taught in the Mystery Schools.

With all that, came a Soul call to share with the world the deep beauty, mystery and wisdom teachings. To help smooth the path, lessen or heal pain and suffering, to bring
balance, peace, harmony, by introducing the Beauty Way. Barbara has offered and facilitated 100’s of Ceremonies, passed Rites of Illumination to 100’s, Facilitated Wisdom Circles, along with Workshops, personal sessions, blessings, clearings, meditations, events and retreats.

Throughout, there has been hope + effort to hold the Spirit-provided mission of:
Expanding Unity-Consciousness and Heart-Centered Illumination to fulfill Humanity’s purpose
on Earth

Barbara Gray, Beauty Weaver is a carrier of Ancient Wisdom born over 25+ years of dedicated study, practice, Initiations. She is a Seer, Channel + Intuitive, offering her medicine to the Community, Planet, and Individual through Teaching, Ceremony, Personal Healing Sessions, Retreats and Events.

She has developed deep relationships with Allies in the “unseen” realms who guide, teach, heal. Often, she has been called the healer’s healer, a “Beacon of Light” and
Midwife for the soul. She has developed and facilitated Women’s wisdom circles, has maintained a healing practice, offered Ceremony for Individuals, Groups and
Community, offers workshops in Shamanism, Healing, Energy Medicine, Creating Sacred Space, has passed Rites of Initiation to 100’s of people, and occasionally accepts apprentices. Upcoming offerings include Women’s Retreats of Healing the Feminine Matrix, and Spirit-Guided Meditations.

It has been a decades long journey, which continues to evolve. 1991-1999 began the deep dive, searching everything Spiritual, for answers of the soul, the soul’s journey. In 1999 I was introduced to the Shamanic path. With it came healing, compassion, connection, grace, love, wisdom, and answers to many questions.

During the same period of time, came initiatory dreams, visions, and on a few rare occasions – “ordinary reality” visitations.
Dreams were often of women – coming to me saying “I heard you are the healer” “can you help me?”
A (surprising) visitation from Mother Mary was a life and life–path-altering experience.
Among other things, she suggested I was needed to help usher in the return of the Divine Feminine.
Through my own pain and discovery, I began to see that there is enough darkness; that the challenge for humanity – perhaps our reason for being here – is to strive to
consciously evolve into a Being of love and light. To be consciously aware of, and act upon the truth of our own soul; with awareness of and action honoring the sacredness
of all living beings.

The DIRECT experience of the Sacred, through the ancient practice of Shamanism opened head, heart and soul to a beautiful holistic way of being, of seeing, of being part
of a greater, loving whole universe that I love to introduce to others.

Always, for all to experience Unity-Consciousness and Heart-Centered Illumination.
With this, our world view changes.
